About The Topic |
The Wall Street Journal recently published a column titled, "Executives Try on Unfamiliar Roles." The column quotes Ravi Kathuria, President, Houston Strategy Forum and Cohegic Corporation, and references survey results based on the feedback from Houston executives.
The unrelenting economic changes and cycles have forced companies to re-think. In increasing numbers, companies are now asking their executives to re-engineer personally by taking on roles and responsibilities in which they have no prior experience.
This column/topic has been picked by prominent national news and knowledge sources including Barron's, World News, the Drucker Institute and the National Association of Corporate Directors. |
